Glass is not thin like some. I feel given the quality of the product the price is within reason. I just love this piece, its just beautiful and I highly recommend it.

Not just for Christmas...needed enhancements
Didn't like having to turn on/off everyday, so I bought an AC power adapter to plug it into an outlet with a timer. Also bought a 2 inch iron stand for it to sit on. It is just beautiful how the light reflects against the crackled glass. Beautiful addition to my hallway table.

Absolutely beautiful.
I gave 2 of these for Christmas gifts and they were loved. My parents decided to leave it out year round since it's not a Christmas decoration. When this is lit up it's even more beautiful. Highly recommend buying if you're in the fence about it. Thinking about getting one for my home.

Very gaudy, not as I pictured, did NOT like, then discovered it was NOT RETURNABLE!!!!!!!

What to love it, but...
I love the concept of this lighted ball, but the pine cones don't show well when the light is on. Kind of just a dark blob. Too bad because if it weren't for that, this would be beautiful.
