Bought for a granddaughter and great granddaughter to work on together. They liked the book and I look forward to seeing their handiwork.

Best Origami book for 8 to 10 year olds
My daughter is learning origami at age 8 and we checked out every book the library had. This one was the easiest to learn from (though it contained some complicated projects) and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We decided to buy it, and now, even though she has memorized her favorite folds, we have it as a handy, easy-to-follow reference. Plus, it will teach our younger daughter if she becomes interested!

Easy Asian Origami instructions
The art of origami began in Japan after monks brought paper from China in the sixth century. Origami continued to maintain its religious and ceremonial character until the 1600s. As paper began to be mass-produced and as it became more affordable, paper folding became a popular recreational activity throughout Japanese culture. Today, origami is popular throughout the world. Easy and complete origami instructions. ')••*'¨`*•.()• Thanks •(

A Beautiful Little Origami Book
This book is a treasure of origami activities. Among my favorites are the 12-pointed wreath and 8-pointed wreath. Gorgeous gift boxes are included. The masu box, lotus topper, shuttle box and lotus blossom all together to make a magnificent box. These models are not overly complicated. The pictures are all in color and the instructions are clear. You will love this book!

Short but good for young hands
I bought this for my 6 year old neice as she's a fan of arts and crafts. It's well illustrated and good for getting kids started on origami, although at her age she still needed a little adult assistance.I felt that the book was a bit short and could have done with some more designs to try.Word of warning - buying origami paper is expensive!
