Rotisserie & BBQ Recipe Collection Paperback – January 1, 1998

This book arrived on time and is filled with great recipes. No complicated instructions nor hard to find ingredients. It was exactly what I was seeking to help me get the most out of my Ronco oven. That's all I haveto say as I have to go get cooking now.

Had to order 3 different cook books before I finally go this one which goes with my rotisserie.

I have only had a chance to use one recipe, the BBQ Rub, and it was great. I have Celiac Disease and rarely buy cook books because there are so few recipes I can use, but I paid less that $5 for it, including delivery, so it was worth the risk. There are several rubs, all gluten free, that I will probably make too. I looked through several of the recipes and they look yummy. It has already paid for itself, but I think I will use it often.

It’s what I expected so that is good

The original inventor and creator of the Ronco Electric Rotisserie grill. Simply wonderful recipes for all of the meat groups, don`t be locked down to roasted although my dogs would be happy for it. Pork loin, which I never cared for is YUMMY, nice and moist, never cared much for chicken but love the rotisserie is superb, but standby for the Best--Kabobs lamb succulent, soft, fantastic flavor. My wife against purchase 100% and the lamb about 80% and now she says great purchase. The food is complete about 30% faster and it is true.

My Ronco roaster did not come with a cookbook, only an instruction guide that gives a timing chart that works fine, but I wanted more of a cookbook type of reference. I don't think they make the Ronco roaster anymore, but if you are lucky enough to have one, I hope that you have this book. It gives a lot of tasty recipes, the only thing that could have made it better is pictures of the finished product. Except for the front and back cover, there are no pictures.

I have had my rotisserie for 8 years or so and love it. The itty bitty book that came with it doesn't tell you much and I never knew this book existed until I was surfing Amazon one day. It's good, provides the amount of information needed. Could not find any recipes in it tho that uses the steamer/roasting pans that sit on top of the rotisserie. No pictures of any of the recipes. I bought another one from Diane Phillips that I like better but this will serve as a great companion. Perfect price! Actually cost more to ship it than the book itself.
