These are just like what we used in commercial kitchens and for large group camping trips. I’ve already use them in my kitchen and I’m looking forward to using them this summer while camping.They’re not heavy but they are heavy duty. Very similar to military kitchen cooking utensils. A great value considering how reasonably priced they are. These far exceeded my initial expectations when I ordered them.

The first thing that got my attention was the weight of the serving spoons. I could immediately tell it was high gauge steel. It was not a flimsy or easily bent, nice thickness to it. I love stainless steel and this product lives up to my expectations. It's a great value for the money.

They aren't the heavy stainless stell I thought they'd be, feel a little cheap
