Blue Life Flux Rx - 2000mg Treats up to 100Gal Reef Safe, Use on Both Bryopsis and Green Hair Algae

I used 1000mg in my 40 gallon + 20 gallon sump mixed reef. It took about 5 days to notice slight changes. And 8 days before noticeable thinning of the algae. I did a 20% water change on the 8th day and continued my weekly scheduled waterchanges. I wanted to see what would happen if I didnt do an initial removal algae. It still seemed to get it all removed. Also as expected I did notice a slight increase in nitrates and phosphates. But technically it went from zero to healthy levels. After 14 days the algae was fully gone. It's now been over a month and the algae has yet to come back. 👌

Use it as directed, be patient. This took care of all the bryopsis in my 75 mixed reef. Great product, highly recommend

Best product if you have gha green hair algae in aquarium. I've used this multiple times after nitrates got out of hand and my tank was full of algae. No harm to fish or corals and algae gone in 10 days. Love this stuff I tried everything else this was a life changer.

6/30/25: Just enough for 3 big scoops and a small; will update in 10-14 days to see if it helped gha problem 7/14/25: Worked AMAZINGLY, The only thing left is Cyno. It got rid of all of my back glass GHA as well. I used it in conjunction with Microbe Special Blend Bacteria & Bioptim along with my Sea Hare.

Had really bad GHA and I’m typically against medicating my tank. The First few treatments didn’t work but after reading several boards I slowly upped dosage. Eventually it Cleared up my tank and didn’t affect any corals or inverts. I Highly would NOT recommend going against the dosing instructions unless you know the risks and are prepared for the worst.

This product is amazing. It is reef safe & works very well. The photos are about 7-9 days apart. Before & after. I used razor with it too. I’m actually shocked that the hair algae is almost gone. The only thing bad I saw was that it increases cyano. But that’s easily dealt with using slime away or whatever that product was I saw on Amazon.
