Do a great job (so far)
My wife cuts my hair and I trim my beard; my old unit never did either very well and would take many passes on the beard to get it even. This unit is terrific, it cuts quick and clean. For the price I would recommend this unit for all hair from the top of your head to whatever it is you need trimming; nice clean edges on trim area, great unit.

I'm going through yet another non-scruffy phase.
I've been using this Conair hair clipper set about twice a month for five months now. It seems to be dependable and easy to use. Before retirement I shaved my head bald for years, and for a few years afterwords I let it grow longer again, but maintenance was a persistent hassle. Since I prefer not to be completely bald these days, and since the cutting-blades in my decades old electric clippers went sideways recently, I purchased this kit.I own another, older Conair kit that I've been using for more than a decade to trim facial hair. It's an excellent unit itself; but unfortunately its motor is just too weak for my thin, albeit denser scalp hair; making it awkward to use. This one doesn't cause me any problems whatsoever due to lack of power — plenty of power!Lots of attachments included here. Typically I just use one or two, though. My reliable previous clippers had a non-click-stop taper adjustment which would slip down occasionally, consequently causing me to inadvertently trim shorter than I would have liked. The positive, click-stop taper adjustment on this unit prevents any slippage, which translates to zero errors of that type. The one thing I dislike about this unit its the case. It's just a non-compartmentalized black plastic box. I'd much prefer that it had a compartmentalized aluminum case with a place for most everything. Except for this one slightly annoying exception; this seems to be a sturdy, well-made product which hopefully will last me for a long time to come.

Powerful but too powerful?
This is powerful. It slices right through thick hair without any grabbing or tearing. However, the motor is so powerful it vibrates my hand too much, and it's a bit on the hefty side for handling. Still, the value of this unit is good, it seems durable and has lasted for several months of use so far, the assortment of attachments is good and works well, and the hard case is nice.

Great Clipper
I had my last Conair for 20 years and just got this to replace it. This is definitely an upgrade. It has a strong motor and gives a nice clean cut. I've tried four different Wahl models previously and do not like them. My hair snags in them more often, even the $70+ "5 Star Magic Clip" Wahl that costs 75% more than the Conair. And here is another personal tidbit: I have a hairy body and once in a while I like to clip it from head to toe. When doing this I don't like using plastic blade attachments or guides. I prefer to use just the metal clipper blades set perhaps just one notch from the closest setting, or even the closest setting. The Conair blades cut hair just as well as the Wahl, but thankfully the tips of blades are not as sharp as the Wahls, and hence when using the Conair I don't get abrasions or cuts when doing a very close body clip. For all its sharpness, the Wahl snags way more often. I use a nose trimmer for ears and nose; and for private areas the Philips OneBlade. Here is to the next 20 years of Conair shaving.

Strong, Sturdy Clippers
I was not looking for light weight clippers. I wanted strong, sturdy clippers made to last and endure use.

Well made, lasts forever!
Always purchased this product in the past. This is the third one I bought, used for over 20 years. Will not buy anything else. Great price lasts a long time used quite frequently.

Heavy duty and work great for a close fade
We've used Conair clippers for over a year now with COVID and quarantine and clipping hair at home, but the previous pair of clippers we had were lightweight and the hair would collect inside the body of the clipper. This model feels like it's built better - it weighs more than our old model (which is mostly plastic), there's no where for hair to collect inside, and the blades give a much nicer fade than the previous clipper set did. Also we love the adjustment lever - far more durable than other models that have a plastic gear. They get used weekly as I always like a fresh clean haircut. We ended up buying a second set for a friend and definitely recommend!

Excelente cortadora, me arriege y me gustó.
Acostumbrado a usar ma marca Walh y comparado con ésta no encuentro gran diferencia, de hecho ahora prefiero esta marca y modelo porque ya tengo una terminadora Conair. Y no me convence del todo.
