I use this to make my low carb keto "granola" in place of oatmeal. It toasts up into delicious, mildly sweet, crisp flakes. I make it so often I keep this on my subscribe and save order. I really enjoy the freshness and size of these large flakes that can also be toasted up and snacked on as as coconut chips.

Was not able to find unsweetened coconut flakes at the grocery store I normally go to, so I looked on Amazon. I have R.A., and have started the AIP diet a few weeks ago in hope's to feel better via diet. This coconut was the best value for the price, though it was still a way bigger bag than I need. This will last me a good while! The taste of this coconut is very good, very fresh and light. And though it is unsweetened, it has a very slight sweetness to it, which I'm sure is the natural coconut taste shining though because it is so fresh.Since buying these, I stopped at the Kroger across town when i happened to be over that way. They usually have more natural foods than the Food Lion store that is closest to me. And they had unsweetened coconut! In a smaller bag for a comparable price. So when the day comes that I run out, i will probably buy locally for the smaller bag. But if i didnt have a local option i would definitely buy this coconut again. I stopped purchasing fresh coconut for the meat because it was so difficult, messy and dangerous to extract. Thankfully this product will now be a staple in our home. These coconut chips are raw and fresh, organic, completely free of additives and sulfurs and the like. These make a wonderful snack and are tasty, chewy and satisfy because of the healthy fat content and the time it takes to slowly chew and enjoy! What a healthy addition by itself or tossed on salads, granolas, trail mix, the list is endless. Have yet to try baking with these but I don't forsee anything but a wonderful result. This gigantic bag will last quite a while, too, so it's a bargain that will keep your family healthy and satiated! You will not be disappointed.

I like this product because because the coconut flakes are big and whole and not tiny crush compare to other brand. Taste real coconut.

Smaller flakes than what I would like. Trader Joe's has been out of stock for months, so I went with this as my second choice for my granola. It does the job but the flakes aren't as big as I'd like. Ah well, first world problems. Flavor is fine as is packaging.

This coconut worked out perfect for me. I had a little bit for fiber in most of the stuff that does not have fiber. Such as like yogurt. It is an excellent filling in an excellent taste after the coconut becomes a little moist. It is organic and tastes fresh and there's a decent-sized chunk or slice. I will buy it again and I am buying it again this week

I use these strips in making granola, and they are just great. Also, much more cost effective than my local stores, which usually don't manage to keep them in stock.

Product came prompt and fresh. I will be ordering again. We use it for trail mix, making parfaits, baking, ir just some plain ol' snacking.

Love the flavour and texture of the large coconut flakes. Made coconut lemon bars and used the flakes as a topper. Very flavourful!! Very nice bang for your buck!

Use this as part of a low carb porridge, very tasty ingredient, the pieces are big enough so as not to disintegrate during cooking.

I used them in a delicious cookie recipe and it turned out perfect :) . Delicious on its own as a snack or mixed into trail x
