The product is great! My husband like that they are easy on his gums. However, the labeling is deceitful. THERE ARE NOT 10 SETS OF 4 BRUSH HEADS, as listed in the description. I contacted the seller and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed.

It is not $.61/count. The title looks like it says 10 sets if 4 because of the model number, but it is only one set if 4. I was thinking it was a better deal to buy from this seller, but I was mistaken. The heads themselves are just like any other Sonicare so the product is fine.

True Philips Sonicare toothbrush heads
These were exactly like the ones that came with the set of Philips Sonicare toothbrushes we bought from Costco. We received our order relatively quickly and will order again. They are truly the Philips toothbrush heads and work like they are supposed to, including the sensor that tells you when the head needs to be replaced. The bristles are not too soft yet not too firm either. They do not irritate our gums and clean our teeth as expected.

Not so soft
I previously had soft brushes, but even though this one I just bought also said soft, it wasn't as soft as the one I previously had. I suspect the new one I just bought was older stock and didn't sell as quickly. Brushes do age and harden with time. I wish I could find soft brushes like my previous ones.

Gum readings improved significantly
This brush head fits in my mouth nicely, bristles are gentle on gums but tough on plaque. How do I know this? I just got back from the dentist after switching to this right after my last appointment and the gum readings throughout my mouth improved significantly!

Appear pricey, but actually great value
This is 1 year's worth of toothbrushes.Got a Phillips abroad, and each head lasts around 3 months. On my old, an orange light starts to flash. So bought this as opposed to getting it in Tesco's where each head was about £6 but didn't know the right model.

Schlechte Kaufberatung - nutzlose Verpackung - Ressourcenverschwendung
Die Reinigungswirkung der Zahnbürsten ist unbestritten gut.Beim Nachkauf hatte ich die Wahl zwischen einer Vielzahl von Modellen. Das hat mich überfordert. Am Ende habe ich nach Gefühl gekauft und bin nun enttäuscht, da die Bürstenköpfe recht klein sind.Eine richtige Größenangabe würde mir viel mehr helfen als solche tollen Bezeichnungen wie- "Gummierung für 4x mehr Oberflächenkontakt" - Aha, das ist genau was ich gesucht habe!- "4x gesünderes Zahnfleisch" - Jeder Vergleich sollte auch die Basis nennen!- "Aufsteckbürste Optimal Gum Care HX9033/10" - Wer denk sich so was aus?Ein Mischset zum testen habe ich vergeblich gesucht.Für die Artikelbeschreibung / Kampfunterstützung daher 2 Punkte Abzug.Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist auch noch die Verpackung. Die ist mit normalen kleinen Scheren, wie sie bei mir im Badezimmer vorkommen, nicht zu öffnen, ohne die Gefahr sich zu verletzen. Insgesamt ist es eine Schande so viel wertvolle Rohstoffe für eine Verpackung zu verschwenden.Für die umweltschädliche Verpackung gebe ich noch einmal 2 Punkte Abzug.
