Cole Haan Men's GrandMotion Stitchlite Woven Sneaker

These shoes are very comfortable. (I get the wide size.) They became my "goto" daily shoe for general walking, vacation, and the beach. While not dress shoes, they look nice with a pair of jeans. It took a long time to wear them out, but even then they weren't too hard to clean and rejuvenate as they are fairly sturdy (machine wash, hand scrubbing the soles with "white", and polishing the leather trim made mine look smart again for another season of wear). I have bought three pair over a couple of years.

I often write a review too quickly and then regret it after a month of using the product. After owning these shoes for a fair amount of time:The Good and the Bad:1. Very comfortable. Breathable. You make sacrifices for it being breathable, because water easily enters through the pores of the shoes.2. They look great, but the picture makes them look more. ascetically pleasing. The overall color composition isn't as sharp as the picture portrays. Still, great shoes.3. Cole Hahn lasts me a long time, and I bought the first "Generation," of these shoes, which were great. The shoestrings are like rubber bands which is remarkably clever and helpful.4. They do run a little big, and while that wasn't a problem with a very similar pair, I find my toes catching the top of the soul. I think I can fix this by wearing thick socks but if I can't, I might return them, if I can. There's something to be said about buying shoes in a shoe store. If you buy Cole Haan's Formal Shoes, you will certainly notice a difference in size, these will be larger. The ambiguity about the fitting is why I gave it four stars. All things said, they are still of uniquely high quality.

Bought these as a gift. They are perfect. Just as described. Fit true to size. My nephew has been wearing this style shoe for about four years now. We just repeatedly buy them in all the colors.

I have been looking at the Grand motion for awhile now. Seen them in the Cole Haan outlet store, but they were priced way more than I was willing to pay. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how cheap they were on Amazon, so I jumped at the opportunity. Even though I paid $100 for them they would still be a good value at $150. They are comfortable, stylish, and can go with a variety of clothing options. Casual, dress casual, sporty, with shorts, you name it. They are a hybrid of both worlds. I bought the navy blue with brown leather accents, and have received many compliments on them so far. If it were in my budget I would have bought the grey color as well. If they are still available you better get yours before they are gone.

I wear a 9 in all shoes and bought my first pair at Macy's and had an extremely hard time deciding between a 9 or 9 1/2. The 9 was a little snug and 9 1/2 had a little room (mainly in the heel area). I chose the 9 1/2 and put some heel cushions (for women heels) in them after taking some advice from my wife for a better fit. I wish they had a 9 1/2 and 1/2 lol. But I love these so much I ordered a second pair from Amazon. Most comfortable shoes I own. I have drop-foot and because these are so light I have zero issues walking in them.
