This is a really good alarm for the money but the instructions are misleading in places but we did figure out how to set it and is quite easy the electric wire is not long enough unless you put the main box close to the floor. if you put phone numbers in it works really well practically as soon as the alarm goes off your phone rings and you also get text messages when you arm it and disarm it we are really pleased overall

After a few weeks I noticed the siren wasn't working so I had to take it down and plug it in, I thought it might just need charging so left it plugged in for a week or 2. I then put it back outside and after a few days I checked it and it didn't work (had not been set off at all so couldn't be that what drained it). I don't have an option to have it connected to a power supply when on the outside wall so the siren is pointless unless you can plug it in! Will need to bring it inside to keep it plugged in. I did come here to ask for a replacement but missed the window by a week so stuck with it now.
