Balboa 10-175-2532 Circuit Board, SUV M7, 52532-02, Green

The board was exactly what we needed except we didn't know we needed Balboa jumper straps and special screws to attach them to the circuit board.

Received the package and installed into hot tub, found I could not get the display/controller to light up but was able to still interact when buttons were pressed, problem being I couldn’t know what temperature was set etc… tried to return still within the time frame indicated when issued through amazon and was denied by customer service of the company directly. Shipped it anyways to try and at least receive some form of re-imbursment through Amazon but was unable. Now I’m out $400 due to poor quality and even worse customer service.

The item took about 3 weeks, but it arrived in great condition and is installed and working great.

Board came wired incorrectly. Figured that out. I failed to check whether topside control was compatible, it wasn’t, so I ordered a new compatible control. Installed everything and still didn’t work. Finally I switched out the fuses with the old fuses on the board I am replacing and now it works. Moral of story, just because it is new doesn’t mean it will work. Spaguts needs to insure the equipment they are sending is in working order. This has been a disappointing and time consuming adventure. Fortunately the board is now working, but buyer beware.

This is a third party purchase. The company was great to work with answered all my questions. It was the right replacement. Installed easy with a YouTube video. The board was damaged by shipper. But an excellent product.
