I like its diagrammatic explaination. I am using it for self study to excel in semester exams.

If you are looking for some deep knowledge go for it but definitely not for exam

This book is slightly different than other Indian books that the students of B.Sc Zoology Hons. usually read in their 1st year. Hence the conventional arrangement of topics that we see from Indian books on invertebrate zoology is missing here. But this loss is compensated by the excellent way the book represents any topic. There are a lot of diagrams, tables, images that helps the students to visualize the topics easily. I would recommend the readers to read the book of RL Kotpal or any other author and then read this book to have a better conceptual clarity.

I am pursuing Msc in Zoology and this book is very helpful for me.....one of the best books for invertebrates...it might seem monotonous to some as it does not have any colourful diagrams....the full book is in black and white...but this book gives a very goodconceptual knowledge

Excellent book

I am a zoology student, and I found this book very useful. Its a nice book, and every topic is explained in details, hope you will find it useful too.

Very little is written about various organisms. It isn't suitable for exams. Jordan& Verma or Kotpal Invertebrate Zoology seems more suitable for the Indian syllabus. I didn't mind reading it in bits and pieces. You can buy this just for an additional reference book.

This book tells me the most recent infomation in invertebrate zoology which I've been studying and teaching for years. SAometimes I update my knowledge by online searches but this covers all the basics in a solid way - which I can then teach to my students

... ist es neben der "Speziellen Zoologie - Band 1 (Westerheide/Rieger) erste Wahl.Besonders als Einführung ideal. Und der Shop ist ebenfalls grenzwertig gut. Das Buch war innerhalb 3 Tagen hier, und das aus Indien. Super.
