product good but need to use over longer longer period of time
take 2 with 16oz water before dinner and seems to curb appetite. Provider service was good. Waiting to decide to reorder.

Helping with counting calories!!!!
I have been taking for a couple weeks now, and this really helps curb my appetite. I have been trying to loose by just reducing my calories and am easing into a workout regimine. Just cutting calories had me down about 8lbs in the first two weeks! Will continue to use even post goal weight, just so I do not slip back into the habit of overindulging.

Done nothing for me
Bought a bottle for me and a bottle for my mom. May have worked well for others, but neither of us received any benefits what-so-ever from the product.

Weight Loss
The product is package well and delivered on time. Been taking product about 25 days and am pleased with results. Less desire to eat and have lost from 319 to 306 lbs.
