The bracelet is excellent but the strap could be just a little longer (an inch). Also the message is very small and the medical symbol does not stand out. My wife has highlighted it with red nail polish !

I bought this as a result of developing a life-threatening ailment. It arrived far faster than I expected. It was also personalised, the order allowing me to put in detail which extended to four lines of text (32 characters/line). It is absolutely gorgeous, but still details important info without being obvious. This is the 2nd one that I've ordered; not because of anything wrong, but simply because I wanted different colours. Afraid I can't post a picture due to the fact that the bracelet is personalised, but it does look exactly as that displayed on the page, with the etched text clear & detailed. Worth the money, too!

A well made, sturdy bracelet. The engraving was first class and I like the strap which is much better than some leather types I have used in the past. This product was well worth the wait of delivery time.

I got one for myself and then got one for my father in law who has dementia and diabetes and heart problems the engraving was nice and clear held all the details I needed it to. He is very happy with it as its nice and light to wear with a big enough strap to be comfortable. They both arrived quicker than stated (2 separate orders-a month between) Highly recommend.

Bought as a replacement medical / emergency contact bracelet for use on bike rides. Much cheaper than my previous bracelet but more comfortable, secure and sturdy. Great price, quick delivery. Definitely recommended.

I'm very happy with the customer service. My son has food allergies and I wanted to get him this wrist band before he starts school.. My 5 year old son is into Spiderman and I asked if seller can add a Spiderman logo instead of the medic symbol. They agreed and came through with a great looking band with a spider symbol that my son absolutely loves. He wears it 24/7 and I can't be anymore happy, as what's the point of buying this band if my son won't wear it.
