For fans of "Ada Twist" who are ready to read
I purchased the first 3 books in this series as a birthday gift for a second grader. She is a fan of "Ada Twist" picture books and loves these chapter books even more. She is able to read most of the book independently and is highly engaged in the plot of each one. The chapters are short and there is a section in the back with historical facts and a silly poem. I would recommend these to any child fan of the "Ada Twist" picture books or Netflix series.

These stories Deserved to be chapter books!!!
We fell in love with this series when Rosie Revere was first published & my child was first born. Iggy Peck came shortly before our next child & we’ve been hooked ever since. Now that I’ve got a voracious reader in 1st grade, we are lucky enough to get these!!! The stories are so good & are the perfect format to explore concepts of success and failure, trouble shooting and going back to the drawing board, inventing and reinventing and how the work of engineers impact the community & the individuals within it. I love The Riviters in this story as well as the kids. To tell two stories at once was great. My kids loved it and we’ve read it through several times. Please please please keep them coming Ms. B!!!

I love this new series! A great continuation of Andrea Beaty's picture books!
I am a big fan of Andrea Beaty’s picture book series, and was really excited when I heard a chapter book series was in the works. This book did not disappoint me. It is definitely and entry level chapter book for children in grades 2 or 3, but it is written very well that it will appeal to a wide age range. My 4th graders are excited to read it because they are familiar with the picture books. When they read it, some will probably be able to finish it in a day.I love the story, and how failure and perseverance are honored not avoided. It has fun illustrations and journal entries throughout the story that are a fun aspect of this book. And I enjoyed Rosie Revere, Iggy Peck, and Ada Twist’s friendship being part of the book. And the new characters that were introduced were fun and interesting. Overall, a fun well-written book I look forward to the next addition in this series.

Brought back memories
My mother and aunt worked in a factory while the men were at war (WWII), so this hit home greatly for my 8 year old granddaughter's heritage.

Finally, chapter books to match the enthusiasm for STEM in Beaty's picture books!
I'm so thrilled that Beaty has written a series of chapter books which will lead my young readers from her amazing picture books to higher level reading and more STEM content. Young readers love series, and their literacy evolves when characters with whom they are familiar show up in chapter books. The fact that these characters are all about STEM is such a wonderful bonus.

Love this series!
My wife and I read to my son, and have since he was a baby, every night before bed. The Rosie Revere series is one of our favorites. Not only does it promote STEM and critical thinking, but it also starts planting the seed early that ANYONE can be in STEM fields. Aside from all of that, they are overall just really great stories.

Can't get enough of these kids!
We totally love this series...Our son doesn't like chapter books, and with its perfect mix of text and pictures, this was a perfect introduction. Illustrations are as adorable and smart as before! The story is exciting, inspiring, and flows nicely, though I felt some lines were a bit repetitive and not on a par with the sharp and energetic language of the first three hard books. Regardless, a must have in every kid's library. Can't wait for Ada and Iggy chapter books to come out!

Rosie Revere and the Really Fun Read
This title really fit well into the established world as envisioned by Andrea Beauty. My daughter is six and is transitioning into chapter books and this was an excellent bridge as the quality is top notch, in a universe she's familiar with, and the art style is consistent and exudes joy thanks to Dave Roberts continued collaboration with Beauty. I strongly recommend this title and for parents of younger kids, explore this universe with your smaller children and you can watch them evolve their reading abilities within a literary universe.
