Great, balanced Ginger flavor. Very good.

I add this to my milk tea chai, and it blends fairly nicely, the tea has to be hot.Taste:It does add a Gingery taste to it, which is what expected from this product, It is good honey in my opinion and I suppose there is a lot of nutrition in it, I don't hold back giving it to my diabetic mom, because I personally feel the nutrition in it may out weigh the effects of any insulin increase.Overall I was happy with a unique product that I did not realize I wanted until I saw and tried it.

I love to add honey to my tea. This gives my tea a little zip. It's good. The first jar I received was broken and it was very soon replaced.

It is flat out yummy. Remember that ginger can seem to take away a hair of the sweetness experience, so only get this product if you like natural ginger. I was very dubious about ordering this honey as I never heard of this brand before, but when I tried it today. I have to say that this is absolutely delicious and a very high quality honey. I will definitely be ordering this again.

just disappointed in that it did not have the amount of ginger flavor I was hoping it would have. (my personal pref, is all)

The honey is very tasty, and definitely raw. We use it in our teas when we have colds. It is very handy to have around.
