Seemed to be old and worn
The package looked like it was pretty old or not kept well and the design on a couple of balloons had worn.

4 stars only bc I expected it to come with 2 of each color and it did not there was 1 purple 2 blue and 3 pink. Otherwise we filled with helium and they held up fine.
