There's only one word which sums up this book - "FANTASTIC"! If you're reading this and thinking of buying one just do it, you'll be amazed. I have at least 5 books on the Mini but this one exceeded my expectations, it puts my other books to shame. I never knew there were so many different variations, it's brilliant. Full credit to the author Chris Rees, he's done an enormous amount of research to make this wonderful book. I'm 48 and have been a petrol head since I was 3. From the age of 10 I've been a classic car enthusiast and seen thousands of beautiful old cars but without doubt one of my favourites is the Mini.

Bought it for a friends 60th who's been a mini fanatic ever since he could drive. He absolutely loved it especially as it's just the original mini and not BMW! Essential for any mini lovers collection.

This is an ideal book to give a good overview of the history of the mini. All models and variants are covered including international sales and manufacturing. A great introduction before you dive deeper into your favourite model.

Bought it as a gift for friend who is mad on minis. i did have a quick flick through it though; very interesting with lots of one-off creations based on the original mini chassis, engines & bodywork. A thoroughly interesting read. I hope my friend enjoys it too.

The best book about Mini's I have come across. Bought it as a Christmas present for my husband who is looking to buy a classic Mini, he uses the book to reference all the different styles and makes of classic Mini's.
