I have used this coffee cup for about a week! I have been thoroughly impressed, and would recommend this cup to anyone.Pros:- Completely spill-proof and sealed. No leaking.- The Lid: it "snaps" open and closed very nicely. It also is very ergonomic to the mouth if that makes sense. It screws on and off with relative ease.- the cup has a very nice texture on the outside, with clean stainless steel inside. Looks clean.- Easy to clean, just two parts..Neutral:- Keeps coffee warm for about 3 hours. This is pretty great in my opinion, but not anything special to this mug.Con:- Only downside I could think of is maybe the ergonomics of the cup itself? The indented sides are nice but not really ergonomic in any way. I could see it being a problem with those with smaller hands.Overall, I recommend this cup and think it's a great buy for the price!

this cup is great for holding both cold or hot drinks. the lid has not leaked once since i've been using it, and I've been using it nearly every day for months now. the finish and craftsmanship is well made and attractive. I want to buy another cup. I will say one down side is - it says 13 oz on the bottom of the cup, but I measured, and it is actually only a 12 oz capacity.

Dude this is the perfect small/tall coffee cup size but in a awesome Matt black finish on the outside metal inside and a easy to put top. The safety cap Is sturdy and snaps on secure. Spill proof, I tested it. Perfectly fits in car cupholders. It’s light and tough. I poured out fresh made coffee and three hours later it was still hot. And hour and a half after that it was warm.

I received the mug yesterday and washed it well before using. It is a great design and the perfect size and keeps my coffee hot for a long time. However, with hot beverages there is a weird odor, an off-gassing type of smell coming from the plastic lid. It is more noticeable on the inside of the lid, probably because that is closest to the heated beverage. I am not noticing this off-gassing when I sip cold beverages from this mug. It seems to be only when the lid is heated that it stinks of some kind of chemical.I purchased this mug mainly for coffee and I am hoping this odor will subside over time. If not, I will use this for cold beverages only. Now, however, I need to search for a mug that works for hot beverages.It's a nice design, comfortable in the hand, and the chemical smell is actually faint but is enough to alter the taste of my coffee.

This mug did exactly what I wanted; keep coffee warm! If I put hot coffee in the mug around 9am, it stays at a good drinking temperature right up until about 11:30am to 12 noon which is exactly the amount of time it takes me to finish the coffee.It's not leak proof, but definitely helps reduce spills. I wouldn't turn it upside down or put it in a bag.Surface texture has a nice matte feel, and looks like and feels like a "coffee cup" which is why I picked this item.

Keeps beverage hot for a long while, and is the perfect size for my slim keurig. No weird nooks or crannies, so washing is a breeze.Lid is very tight-fitting and takes some work to open again, but that's good in this type of cup. Just be aware of this if you have weak hands or wrists.

I'd been looking for a good travel cup that would work with my Keurig Mini. There are real good 10oz cups available, but they just don't hold enough for my liking. I was happy to find that Keurig was offering its own 12oz cup, and bought one. It does work well, but it's not vacuum sealed, so it doesn't hold the temp as long as I'd like. I then tried this one, and I couldn't be happier. Unlike the Keurig cup, this one is vacuum sealed, and appears to be all metal construction. I find the lid is also easier to clean, with the sip hole high on the rim of the cup, and not recessed below as I've found in most others. The only downside (if there is one) is that it tapers to a larger diameter at the top than the Keurig, and that may feel odd for someone with small hands. It's easy to get used to, though, and I've already ordered a second. Yes, it's twice the cost, but the thermos-like performance is worth it for me. And, before I forget, when closed it seals tightly, with no leaks when tipped over. In all fairness, the Keurig mug seals tight, as well.

Holds the temp a good length of time (certainly long enough for an hour drive), does not leak at all even when you turn it upside down and shake, would buy again and people at work comment on how it is small enough to throw in your bag without fear of it leaking. Holds a 12oz from my Keurig perfectly, first couple of cups taste odd but the weird taste is gone after that for sure.

I bought this exact cup but from another manufacturer and I sent it back. ( complete garbage) This one though is very good, keeps coffee hot for hrs and doesn’t leak
