Carli Suspension05-16 Ford F250/F350 Adjustable Front Track Bar

Just trying to save folks some time. It won’t fit a stock height setup. Must be lifted more than 3”.

Addressed all my concerns. I leveled my 2011 Ford F350 and installed 22" rims with 35x12.5 tires, so my truck was having stability/wobble issues and slight bump steer. I had a track bar drop down mount, but that didn't prevent the bump steer because my drag link and track bar were at different lengths and angles. The drop down mount dropped too far and put the ball joint on the axle end of the track bar at an awkward tilt with a lot of pressure on the ball joint, which made a clunking noise whenever I turned right. This track bar fixed all of those issues and placed my front axle back where it should be. The frame side Heim joint adds some nice flexibility and the compensating angle at the ball joint end is simple and genius. It's easy to adjust for my ride height and fit perfectly - no clearance or fitment issues at all. I'm a Mechanical Engineer, and I can tell you this is as simple as it gets for proper component design, and a simple design that works is always more reliable.

Got a 19 f250 with a carli 2.5 pintop when the track bar was backordered, i just added this after 20k mi of lift. And what a difference. The front doesnt loosen up on road bumps anymore and the steering has more positive feedback. I shouldnt have waited for this piece

This track bar worked fantastic on my F350. I overheard the mechanics discussing how well made this part is and they felt it would last much longer than the factory part. It tightened up my steering and allowed for a better alignment with the 2 inch lift.

I missed the part in the instructions where it may run the engine cross member, so after install I had to grind down the lip on the cross member. Really easy. Great product though!!

The product works like it should. And I recieved the product when they said it would. Very happy with it all.
