Worked great at sealing my Dana 44 axle. Easy to install if you have a press. I'm completely satisfied.

What comes in the box is: Timken SET 10 bearing and Dana/Spicer seal. Can't beat the price if you need to replace a rear axle seal & bearing on your Jeep's rear Dana 44.

Needed new bearings, bearing retainers and seals for the Dana 44 axles that’s on my Jeep XJ and this kit was perfect.

I received some nice Timken bearings and some retainers that worked fine. All checked out and I didn’t have leaks and then after getting home from work I check again and the passenger side is leaking. Upon pulling everything back apart I found no damage to the seal (from what I could see while it was still on the shaft) and decided to thoroughly clean my dust shield and axle tube, as well as double check the shaft to verify it didn’t have any faults or pitting where the seal rides. I made 100% sure everything was seating correctly and reassembled. After a short drive I noticed leakage yet again. My bad for trusting the cheap seals supplied, now I’m out the bearings and retainers as they have to be destroyed for full disassembly. GET NEW SEALS.
