This pillow w/straps provides the exact lumbar support I was looking for to put on my office chair. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the strap could be a little longer. I would have paid an the extra $2 it probably would have cost to increase the size of the elastic/velcro strap. Secondly, if it feels right, DON'T unzip and mess with the foam inserts inside. They are really, really hard to squeeze back into the cover. Of course, you can cut them to size, but it was rather frustrating. The support is so good though, I will definitely keep it. Also, it's not soft or squishy. It is very firm and does not lose it's size like memory foam tends to do.

Love the add/delete cushion option, and it's just the right size for me. While the velcro is great for fabric seats, I'm worried about it scratching my leather and faux leather seats.

Great that it has multiple layers so it can be adjusted to fit. Velcro could be a little better. Happy with the product!

This is the only one small enough for a wheel chair for lumbar support. you can adjust since there are 4 foam inserts and you can take some out for comfort. I use 2. The other lumbar support for chairs that say they are also for wheel chairs are way to thick.

This pillow is perfect for me. I have a "bulged disc" (not quite herniated). This pillow is great because it allows me to sit with my back properly supported. I have 2 of these: one for the home PC chair, and one at the office. Strongly recommended if you need to sit without slouching.

This product is great for people suffering from lower back pain. Good for your vehicle or your work chair. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable, and I like the fact that you can take some foam out if that is more confortable. Do not buy this thinking you can use the elastic on your leather carseat; it won't begin to go around. We drive a 4-door sedan and can't use that feature. I could have just put foam in a pillowcase. I don't like having to place this every time I get in the car. If you have fabric seats, the Velcro should work just fine. I am keeping this because we are leaving for a road trip and I don't want the hassle of returning it.
