Your filter pricing needs to be more competitive with off brand filters. You will be forcing people to buy the off brands.

This filter works well in my SoClean unit. It’s easy to replace and instructions are supplied. My only gripe is that at $30 per filter they are too expensive. This isn’t an Amazon issue as the price is set by the manufacturer.

I’ve used SoClean for years and always buy the filters on schedule. This one did not produce an ozone smell after cleaning. I believe it is not sanitizing the equipment. Be careful as to who you buy from. Cheaper is not always good. I am immediately replacing the filter.

As a previous purchaser wrote, I have used a so clean machine for years and this does not appear to be a legitimate replacement product. Although the packaging seemed authentic, there was no smell after the cleaning process as Is usual. I will not use the second cartridge I purchased from this company but will discard. If this is truly not cleaning the CPAP, it could make a person VERY ill. I would NOT purchase this product. I may send the unused cartridge to the FDA.

Philips Respironics has recalled all of its CPAP machines because they have a foam that can break down and release carcinogenic particles. Although Philips has the primary responsibility, they noted in their recall that cleaning systems like SoClean are unauthorized and accelerate the breaking down of the foam. I know it's a very bold claim to say that this can cause cancer, but you can verify all this info by Googling the CPAP recall.Additionally, when the recall notice was issued, I returned an unopened filter refill that I had just purchased. They took the filter back but never issued a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  Was unaware until Philips sent a recall packet on 8/19/21 that my Respironics DreamStation was under an immediate recall and I was to cease using the medical device because the foam was toxic.  Did a little online research and lo and behold SoClean and the ozone "cleaning" method takes it one step further and literally melts that foam into a greasy, sludge-like goo that is all inside the blower housing and plastic casing. It's pretty bad people - so do some research on what the FDA has to say about ozone and uv "cleaners" because they pretty clearly state NOT to use this type of product. I’ve included photo and video.

Cleaning machine works well but need to change out filter. Make sure they are from SoClean though.

The product was as described and was used as replacement parts for SoClean machine as recommended by company to disinfect Cpap.
