Biotin Hair Food - Promote Hair Regrowth, Strengthen Follicles for Thicker, Fuller Scalp

I'm I using a real topical hair treatment of biotin or straight water??? I've contacted the distributor and the said this was the consistency of the product. Barely has a scent. Following all directions to a T. Its about a month now and I'm going to finish the bottle. I hoping for the best. Feels like rain drops on my head. Massaged it to my scalp. Something new. Never tried anything like this before.
