Maravilloso y sin igual!
Durante 25 años he predicado y compartido enseñanzas bíblicas. Nunca antes me encontré con una ayuda tan genuina, auténtica y fantástica como la brinda Andy Stanley y Lane Jones!. La traducción está desprovista de modismos. Si deseas lograr transformación de vidas por medio de la predicación y enseñanza de la palabra de Dios, este libro debes tenerlo toda la vida en tu escritorio!!!

A very useful and innovative work
This book is about what it really means to communicate a message. The stakes are high, because it aims at messages which are able to change lives. It is a Christian book; therefore it is about preaching in the most effective way. Pastor Stanley has developed a way of doing it which is unconventional for Christian preachers, but this only betrays how structured most Christian preaching has become. From the top of my head, his main points are: To determine what are you trying to achieve; to focus on a single major point, building the entire message around this point; to prune anything that is not germane to that point; to establish, early in the sermon, a connection with the audience; to show what God's Word has to say on that point; to challenge each person in the audience, and to finish with a vision on how much better would our life, our relationships and, yes, our world, if we choose to do what the Bible says. I found it extremely useful. A minor drawback is the poor Spanish translation, which -besides minor mistakes - sometimes makes the text really difficult to understand. This is both sad and ironic since the book is devoted to improve our communication skills. Spanish publishers of Christain books should raise their translating standards.

Traduccion
This is an excellent book in English. Unfortunately the translation thoughit was good requires editing as well as interpreting cultural and idiomatic expressions.A sample of this can be found in page 20,7th.Paragraph,5th Line. The Translator states potato chips instead of tortilla chips."papas fritas y salsa" instead of totopos y salsa o tortillas fritas y salsa.
