It is not full of technical mumbo jumbo however he does have the evidence to back up his claims.I have been using his protocols shown inside the book and can honestly say that they have made a profound difference to how I feel on a daily basis. Easy and complete.My recommendation is all Health conscious people and all Lifewave distributors read and understand the alternative way of helping yourself and others.
