ecoYoga Jute Yoga Mat, Lavender

The quality of the mat is poor. I bought it in half February and ever since the cork stayed all over my room and clothes after every practice. The mat comes without the coverage or a bag. I used my own strap after my previous mat which frankly after two years of use is in much better condition.

I recently tried a different style of mat after my second ecoYoga jute mat wore out but I only used it once in class before returning to these. I just kept slipping on the other mat, I had no comfort working on it. I've practised hatha, ashtanga and now power flow and I can't recommend the ecoYoga mats highly enough. You can't slip on them and they don't budge on the floor. Easy to clean and maintain and when you've worn it to a thread you can simply put it in the compost to break down naturally. Love these mats.

This is a great mat, hands don't slip even when sweaty. Good for cardio yoga sessions. I use a different thicker, more comfortable mat though for slower paced, longer held poses yoga . I love the fact that it is bio degradable.

It’s lovely and even more so, eco friendly!I have another older mat which I put underneath when on my back (my laminate flooring makes this mat still too thin for me) Buts it’s great for grip which was my main concern and reason for buying another mat.Enjoy

This is the 3rd one I purchased. I love it as it is eco friendly and natural. It got used everyday and the last one lasts for a good 6 years.

I bought this mat after investigating many non slip ones and took a gamble as this one did not have any reviews but had the description of everything I wanted.It's lovely and thick so perfect if you have problems with your knees.It is also slightly bigger than the standard size so gives you a lovely space to work on while being completely non slip.The only thing I could say as a very slight problem is that it is quite heavy so you probably wouldn't want to be carrying it on your shoulder for any length of time, but other than that it's perfect.I bought tha natural one so it feels very organic and soothing. I would really recommend this mat to anyone wanting to treat themselves.
