No.. it’s lays flat.. and truthfully it took me a while to Find it.. lays flat perfect on waistband in the seam!!

Q: Does this work for temperatures in the teens?

I think you might want a little more thicker material for temps that low. These are very nice but not that thick.

Hello, Chew2008: This leggin is soft and resistant at the same time, but it doesn't stretch much. If you have many hips I think you should buy a size larger than you usually wear.Bye
