This stuff is great. It looks rather like wood-grained contact paper
This stuff is great. It looks rather like wood-grained contact paper, but it washes like a dream and cookies lift right off. I also accidentally bought a roll of the oven liner and didn't need it, so I tried it to bake on and it works fine as well. It's black, which doesn't even discolor, which the brown cooking sheet liner does do, if used at very high temps. I burned a pie that was on a baking sheet lined with the brown liner, and while the sheet now looks burned and discolored along one edge, it is not brittle at all. I got enough to leave liners in each of my six baking sheets and now don't have to cut parchment paper for them. Yeah!

Great For Macarons!
There are many different teflon sheets available here on Amazon.com. I tried several different kinds and they're all junk. Then I saw a recommendation for these and ordered some. They're the real deal. They can be cut to fit 2 half-trays, with some left over. I've used silicone mats and parchment paper and these are better than either. They're translucent, but barely. I put a silicone mat with circles underneath and use it as a template. Better, I think, would be a black and white template. Either way, though, they work. There might be other good teflon sheets for macs here, but I know these work well. Look no further.

Good product
I have used the baking liner several times to cook in the oven, and so far it has held up well. Fallen or melted food items are easy to remove in cleanup. The liner comes with its own scrub in the case that something gets stuck. It also comes with a plastic ring to hold the liner for storing it rolled up, as the instructions say not to fold or crease it. It stains easily from oil and food, those will permanently discolor the liner. Thus far, that doesn't seem to affect the thickness or integrity of the liner. It is pretty flimsy and thin though, more so than I expected for a replacement for parchment paper/wax paper/aluminum foil. I cut it in half before using it (2 liners now), and half of it covers more than an average size baking pan. The not creasing instruction may be an issue when lining a casserole pan/baking dish, in order to fit the size and depth of the dish, so I don't know how that will affect the longevity/duration of the liner.

While looking for more eco-friendly and reusable options for my kitchen, I came across this product and decided to give it a try. I am very happy that I did since it has basically eliminated the need for us to use aluminum foil or any type of cooking paper on any of our pans and baking sheets. At first I was unsure about the fact that it came with just one sheet, but it is more than enough even for the daily cooking and baking that we do. In fact, I cut it in half with a pair of kitchen scissors in order to make two perfectly-sized sheets. It is easy to clean, dries quickly, protects my baking sheets, and works as a non-stick surface. Around the edges do start to brown after a few uses, which is to be expected, but it hasn't effected its ability to work great.

Very useful to use in lieu of parchment paper to bake bread!
I didn’t know this existed until I was watching a home baker used it to transfer his bread and left it in the oven to bake at high heat with baking stone. I didn’t know what it was so I was still using Parchment paper to transfer baguettes into the hot oven. Parchment paper is definitely ok to use but it burnt at +480F. I was ecstatic when I finally found this by accident and it is one of the most useful items in my kitchen. It also helps keep my baking steel and stone as “grease-free” as possible!

Grease soaks in
These liners are easy to clean, but grease soaks into them, so I don't really feel comfortable reusing them, which was the point!

Amazing!
So great I bought two (so I could cut to fit a few different pans) and then one for every single cook in my family! These are better than any silpat and no flavor transfer AT ALL. Rinse or wipe to clean up everything from burned cheese and sugar to grease from cooked Salmon! Buy one or two! You wont regret it!

Non stick, reusable
Repeat purchase. Decided to purchase more of these reusable baking mats when they were on a buy 3 for 2 promotional offer. I bake sourdough breads quite often and have been going through quite a few boxes of parchment paper. Love these baking mats as they are non-stick and is able to withstand the high oven temperature often required for sourdough baking. Just wash, dry and re-use. These can also be cut to size so that they perfectly fit in your dutch ovens, loaf pans or any baking pan for that matter.
