Very good, and short list of ingredients!
Product of Germany. My husband loves these. Easy to prepare. The ingredients on the package I got are: Potatoes, onions, rapeseed [aka canola] oil, potato starch, salt, spice, sodium metabisulfite (antioxidant). The last ingredient is also commonly used in winemaking to preserve color and flavor. Pretty much a winner if you want a good-tasting product you can keep in your pantry for a little while.
