Worked great on a hot Competition day
Tacky in general really can up your Atlas Stone game and this stuff works great.

Waist of money
As a professional lifter. Tacky should be sticky and easy to apply. This stuff on the other hand was hard a rock upon opening. We had to put it in the microwave to soften it up. During competitions this will not be an option so it pretty worthless.
