I know nothing about this artist but my grandson loved it as a Christmas gift.

A terrific performance by Tomita. A very good album. The highlight for me is Pavane for a Dead Princess.

Tomita took only the main theme from Daphnis and Chloe for his usually genius arrangements of "cover material". I was slightly disappointed by the brevity of the piece. Though what is there is beautiful.

I love every work this artist creates

Tomita at his finest. His reinterpretations of classical standards are some of the best. The problem is that many of these albums are no longer made, and require importing from Japan, or other sources. Its good that someone is selling these to a world market.

The product was as good as the original vinyl recording. I am pleased with it.

Wonderfull composition and we have to thing about the work this artist make with the electronic musical instruments of the last 3 decades (they're more electronic tech. than musician (ha !) ). Like Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, Neuronium and other big name of this time call New Age Music for me it's more the genesis of new sound and engineering sound effect. Yet another superb program from ISAO TOMITA Daphnis et Chloe. I have been collecting them for years and they are all worth the money.

Received my c/d this morning as promised 6th Jan. Like most Tomita fans i had this originally on vinyl but lost it somewhere along the way. In fact most of my other Tomita albums are on vinyl. Tis worth buying for "Pavan for a dead princess & Bolero.
