Very difficult to install roll spool was cheap
The mounting brackets look the same at either end but you have to look very closely, they are different and it matters how you mount them or you will be pulling them off and re-doing them. There is no UP Arrow like on other manufacturerers products like Moen. The end brackets were difficult to get on and then you have to lay on your back to try to get the allen wrench in the set screw to tighten them. not for the weekend warrior. Moen has a much better system. I also bought other items I did not like from Kingston Brass I did not like, a Brass 4" faucet was one such item. I would not buy nor recommend Kingston products. They are cheaply made and over priced for what you get in my opinion.
