This is a well made corset.Even though the material is quite soft and comfortable, it pulls you in quite firmly.No chemical or factory smells. This is what I have been doing for the last 5 years and as an aspiring bodybuilder, it helps me maintain a small waist.For the buyers who do not participate in physical activity, this will be a waste as it will not burn fat tissue. It may will aid the visual appearance, however after prolonged use the body may become unproportional and dispose fat tissue in other areas of the body. Hence, there is no need to leave negative feedback for false use of great equipment. My advice is to engage in intense physical activity 3-4 times a week, minimum of 1 hour until the fat tissue around the torso is reduced to the minimum. The waist trainer will promote healthy reshaping and adjustment of the body.Keep in mind the trainer will stretch over time and lose its integrity. Just received it today. It's a rectangle, the size guide is good.It's not really made of fabric, but 7 stripes of elestic bands sewn together. Clever idea and explains why it's cheap.I'm not sure whether the bones are made of steel but if they are, they are very thin.It's very convenient if you are looking to control the tummy a little for a dress but don't want to spend time lacing or be uncomfortable. It's just as good as any shapewear and is cheap, easy to get in, and nice looking. Would be interesting to see how long the elastics last but with the price it doesn't really matter.For waist training or back support, personally I think a proper boned and laced corset works better.

Bought the xl and it's definitely not a UK 18, will have to get the next size up as I can't even fasten it with the first line of hooks. Other than that it seems like good quality

I have tried my Bafully Waist Trainer for exactly one week, therefore now I can share my honest product review with you.My overall experience with Bafully is wonderful! The product I received was packaged well, and it is in perfect condition without any smell and flaw. I ordered Size XS according to the size guide on the Amazon page. Although it made me a little confused that the plastic package labeled as size XS while the label on the product indicating size S. Anyway, it is an exact fit for me, and It doesn’t take me much effort to put it on like lots of other waist would.The material is stretchy and comfortable to wear. My curved tummy is smoothed out once I put it on. Meanwhile, it is barely noticeable under my outfit which I appreciate a lot. I am suffered from lower back pain for months. During the week I wear Bafully, I feel such a relief of my pain. More importantly, it forces me to sit and stand in better positions which in my opinion will lower the risk of damages to my back and spine. I also tried to squat in the Waist. It helped me to squat correctly and protected my backbone, in the meantime I didn’t feel any resistance. I have to say, the Bafully Waist Trainer is the best product I bought at this price point. It makes me feel better, look better and squat better. The only bias, if I need to point out one, is that it is a little bit longer for a petite women like me. When the upper edge is right beneath my breasts, the lower edge will reach my hip. It doesn’t bother me that much but my hip area do feel a little tightness when I sit down. I can easily fix that problem by unhook the last one or two hooks. Beside that, I am totally satisfied with this product and I will highly recommend it to my friends.

To say the sizing for this is on the small side would be an absolute understatement. You would need to order around 2-3 sizes bigger than you actually are for it to fit. Returned to amazon. Avoid.

Pas satisfaite du rendu final contrairement au Chumian Femme Latex Corset que j'ai commandé le même jour et pour lequel j'ai mis 5 étoiles.Taille petit. Si on veut un effet corcet très serré pourquoi pas mais je trouve que l'on se sent vraiment comprimé
