Simple fast wet and dry grinder
I used this for both wet and dry purpose to test it out. Wet: i grinded ginger and garlic and it successfully turned into a smooth paste within less than a minutes effort! 9/10 Dry: i grinded coriander seeds and zeera seeds and grounded both into a powder with success 9/10 Only con I would say is some product gets left under the blade and can be hard to take out as I don't like wasting food Worth the money paid for Easy to clean Nice black design Easy push down touch to grind anyone can use this then I choose this higher wattage in speed than the slower ones and i am impressed (I don't drink coffee so I haven't tried it for this purpose) Packing is simple and instructions are detailed Product overall 9/10 5/3/21 so 3 years on and this grinder still works great for me... On a side note I mentioned in my original post that it's hard to clean lol I didn't realise until sometime afterwards that there is a brush that actually is hidden underneath the motor which can be pushed in for storage and taken out to clean the product that gets stuck under the blades I have mainly used this to grind my spices instead of buying them ready made, I love the fragrance upon opening the lid (make sure to switch it off at mains first before you open!) I have yet to use it for wet products as I now own an actual chopper to do all the wet stuff so I am not too fussed!

Robust, big. And LOUD. But overall it's a thumbs up.
Trick to getting a fine grind for spices is to pulse the motor which is easy to do. Before learning this I tried running the motor continuously and only got a coarse grind. But pulsing does the trick. The makes should really emphasise this in the user manual. The machine is really loud ( 300w version ) but it's really powerful and does the job. Supplier delivery was really fast!

Quick and easy
Been using a a Bullet accessory and the beans always left an odour, so needed a dedicated grinder. This one is great, I like the fact that you can whizz the beans with the press of one hand and then be able to lift the grinder out with ease. Simple to clean with the nifty little brush that fits into the bottom of the grinder. The length of time grinding defines the fineness of the coffee.. Well worth the worth the money.

The CG300 Model is Great
It’s not at all clear from the instructions. However, this model (CG300) is larger and more powerful than the CG250. It would seem that the CG250 is designed primarily for grinding coffee beans, whereas the CG300 is a multi-purpose coffee/spices/grains grinder. The CG250 does NOT come with an inner translucent white plastic lid, whereas the CG300 does. The stainless steel cup on the CG300 is taller and (I think) wider than that on the CG250. Also, the CG300 has 4 blades in a cross formation (two smooth edged and two serrated) whereas the CG250 just has two smooth edged blades. I guess the extra serrated blades are designed for dealing with hard spices and seeds. I have purchased the CG300. If you use it without the inner plastic lid in place, then spice dust is forced out of the stainless steel cup and finds its way right through the machine, coming out of the ventilation holes on the bottom onto the work surface. This cannot do the motor much good! Finally, the CG300 has a little cleaning brush which slides into the base. It’s really useful and convenient. Because of the brush, there is no cable storage facility on the CG300. All in all I’m really pleased with my purchase - I tested it when I first received it with rice, and it ground the grains to a really fine flour very quickly. Other spices are ground brilliantly. The large-capacity cup is great.

A powerful spice mill. The only one you will ever need!
This is a great machine, it is really easy to use and simple to clean. There is even a small brush which is clipped underneath the machine. It is a little bit noisy but as it is a powerful motor it doesn't take long to mill spices.

Can't leave 0 stars
It's a grinder, supposedly super powerful. But it doesn't grind! Wet or dry, it just doesn't do it. Lumps of garlic and ginger, spice husks in the mix. If it doesn't grind, it's not a grinder. Why should I have to give it 1 star when it's going in the bin?

not the best and most consistent grinder.
I bought this because it seems to be a high capacity grinder, I can't be grinding beans everyday. However even when loaded half full it is impossible not to find unground pieces of bean remaining. Fine ground coffee is plastered to the lower wall of the bowl, whilst halved and shattered pieces remain at the top no matter how much a I shake the machine up. Also it is pretty noisy.

fantastic addition to the kitchen
very good product. works well even when dealing in large quantities only downside which made me give it only 4 stars was I felt it could have ground the spices to finer particles
