so the bottle itself arrived broken and all the product was wasted in the box

It wasn’t packed properly, so the bottle itself arrived broken and all the product was wasted in the box. Costumer servisse was good and I had a full refund. I used the remaining product, which irritates my scalp very badly. So I wouldn’t recommend it.
