U people r nuts this thermometer is the bomb for the money
Had it a year. In 0 degree temps or 90 outside its always functioned awesome. Reads fast. The backlight is great. Probe tip size is great. An absolute must have at the grill. For the price u can't beat this thing. Taylor makes great stuff. This is a restaurant commercial grade thermometer and the anti microbial is always a plus too. You can't go wrong. How u break off battery door is beyond me. Stop dropping it on cement peopleBuy it. You'll love it

This thermometer Rest flat to read while steaming milk for a latte!
Taylor quality! Great accuracy! Great price. Above all it rest flat to read in a cup of milk for my latte! Light is nice, and that is water resistant!

This used to be 1/3 the price
I’m not sure why this has such terrible reviews. I’ve had this for almost two years now. And it by far the best thermometer I’ve ever used. It is easy to read, accurate. I’ve dropped it so many time still good. But the big difference I bought it for $11.71.

Long Lasting, Professional Thermo
We bought this thermometer about a year ago and use daily in our home kitchen. This is the same thermometer I received in my knife kit from the CIA several years ago and is a serious contender when it comes to a basic thermometer.Likes:Starts up very quickVertical screen allows you to stick something and be able to read without having to contort your head or what you're temping (there's very few thermos that are like this)Pretty water proofBright yellow, easy to find in your kit or drawerEasy to calibrateBack litSheath has a hole so you don't have to hold it if temping a hot pot or if using over a grill.DislikesAfter using for about a year and four months, the display finally filled with water. we handwash exclusively since we don't have a dishwasher. The best I've ever had in thermometers
By far the best locket thermometer I've owned, the backlight is awesome and it truly is waterproof and the holder is secure and durable. Buy this if you're looking for one.
