Magical Elf Door

I’m unsure how to contact the seller as I have some concerns with this item. It is such a sweet item but the quality and finish on the one I received is very poor. There is a large bit of chipped paintwork on the bottom and a splodfenor red paint in the wrong place. The stars and other details have not been painted properly or carefully and there’s a big patch where the paintwork looks sparse and unfinished when the light is on. I’d love to be able to return this and receive a properly finished one. It was the most expensive elf door I found on amazon so I expected a better finish.

It was a great idea and at the time my son just loved it. The light I found was stiff and hard to put on and off. (should come with a remote control, I nearly got caught a few times)We had stuck it to the wall just above the skirting board however, when we took down the decorations and went to remove the elf door. ......it took with it a big chunk of plaster off the wall. My son now calls him a naughty elf for "breaking" our house.It probably wont return next year. Will look fir something a little less "permanent".

Didn’t work to start hubby had to take it apart but after worked well. Haven’t used it much yet as my child is being naughty!! Hence buying one early! It looks so cute with the light on and you can change the signs with stickers although you can’t keep the stickers before only downside. It’s abit heavy so ideal if little kids don’t play with it as fragile but it is one of the nicest elf doors I’ve seen.

Kids loved it but it is a lot smaller than the elf, it would be nice it the door was in proportion to the elf as they are made by the same company

The finish on this door is pretty shoddily done, the stars are just blobs of gold paint and the white edging is patchy and wobbly. Not impressed!!

The lights do not work. We have even changed the new battery that came with it and still the lights do not work

The elf door is as described with some extra stickers and the light works although not too bright overall I am pleased with it but for now it’s put away until December
