Moulin RotyRed Ceramic Tea Set

I have become semi-obsessed with collecting toy red polka-dot tea sets, and this one is my favorite so far (it's amazing how few there are out there!). I have two copies of this set and there is some variation in how dark the red is. Also there are some bubbles and flaws in the glaze. These quirks don't bother me because I think it is all part of the handmade process and it gives it some personality. I got the second set so I wouldn't have to be so nervous when my toddlers play with it since it is ceramic. The little carrier case that it comes in is so, so precious. It is the typical material of these types of euro-style lunchbox cases, almost like a glorified cardboard, but sturdy. The inside has a darling pattern on it, and all the illustrations emit that charm so characteristic of French children's design. I even saved the hang-tag that dangles off the handle. This looks so cute on display in a child's' room. Obviously I love everything about it since I bought a second! I highly recommend.

Did not work properly

This is such a sweet tea set. The pieces are very tiny.

Unfortunately the tea set arrived broken. Had to return and purchased the product elsewhere.
