The Hunter's Cookbook: The Best Recipes to Savor the Experience Spiral-bound – August 1, 2012

I received this cookbook a few days ago, and I have already made many of the recipes. They are very simple and very delicious. The venison stroganoff recipe, in particular, was excellent! I would recommend this to any person who has wild game in his or her freezer.

this was a gift to an avid hunter nephew. Adam & his wife plan to use it a lot. for general info the recipes for venison or elk also work well for wild hogs.

The well written directions and the heart warming stories will make this book a favorite in my family. My nephews and their families will love it. God gives us so much bounty!

The gift was for a woman who cooks wild caught food everyday. She is very happy to have this book to keep a variety of menus she cooks.

We gave this to a friend of ours whom is a true outdoorsman who also loves to cook. He was delighted with the cookbook as it incorporated two of his real passions. The cookbook has a wide variety of recipes utilizing venison,duck,rabbit and other common game of the US.

Could use a few more moose recipes

it says in the description that there is grouse recepies and this is the ONLY reason why i both this book for a x mas gift but there is no grouse receipe in the book so its very desapointed.
