We “inherited” sweet Lucy and I was hoping she could be an indoor cat like she has been for her whole life. But she never stopped peeing on the floor so she has to be outdoors. We’ve had a crazy cold and snowy winter and this has kept her cozy in the big cat house we built for her.

We bought numerous ones for our stray cats to keep warm in our garage in the winter. They Love them!

I bought one for our old cat and our young double coated 25 pound Maine Coon cat kept stealing it so I bought him one and they’re both happy and enjoy them. They’re well made and have a long sturdy chew proof cord. Cover comes off easily for washing

It took a while for my cat to want to use it. I finally placed some treats so she had to sit on it to eat and that was how she gave it a chance and decided she likes it.

This heating pad was bought to try and get my cat to sleep on something other than my legs at night. I suffer with restless leg syndrome, so the weight of the cat as she sleeps on me means I become very uncomfortable and I have a poor night's sleep. Maybe she is cold! I thought. My husband showed me this item online and the reviews were very promising. But I know cats, and there was no way she would sleep on something I had bought purposely for her. I was wrong... Now, during the day, she sleeps on the heating pad. If I go near her, try to pet her, or even touch the heating pad, I get attacked. I am NOT to go near her super, special heating pad. No more is she interested in coming to watch me at the computer while I do a day's work. No. I am not as important as her super, special heating pad. I am lonely.At night, she sleeps on my legs. Because she is a cat and cats are b******s.10/10 for giving my cat a better quality of life.1/10 for me getting a better night's sleep.

I ordered two of these as I didn't think one would be big enough for my two cats who don't particularly like each other, but tolerate each others' presence; and I'm glad I did!My boy tabby is almost twice the size of my girl tabby/white, so he takes up a whole pad to himself. They tried to share earlier this morning but he squeezed her off completely, so she had to relocate to the other pad. A few hours later, I found her on the hard wood floor - she'd obviously got too warm! She's back on the pad again now. I'm pleased they seem to be happy with them and after two days' use, the pads are working fine. Obviously it's early days yet but if anything changes, I'll post an update.I covered the pads with their cat blankets to give an extra layer of fur protection as seen in the pictures. I personally wouldn't leave them on all night or if I leave the house - same as for human electric blankets really.

The media could not be loaded.  My cat loves me to put the central heating on so she can sit next to the radiator and sleep. Unfortunately this would cost a fortune if I kept having to put the heating on.Instead I put this heat pad next to rhe radiator and she is drawn to the heat coming from it. My cat absolutely loves it and its so easy to wash!Great value for money product and Jasper the cat never tries to chew the wire as its so sturdy.Lovely sturdy product .. great value for money and saves me a fortune in heating bills. Well worth buying!

My Great Dane is quite thin coated I'd noticed when she sits in her chair she shivers so I decided to look into getting her a heated pad. This one seemed to fit the bill and just the right size for the Dane chair. I ordered it and it arrived the very next day. We unpacked it and quite excitedly popped it on her chair. I was impressed with the protected cable. It has a lovely thick cover on it. The instructions stated to pop a blanket on top so I put her favourite blanket on top and tucked the cable down the side of the chair. It said wait 20 mins for it to heat up but it was warming up nice at 20 minutes and my Dane Narnia climbed onto her chair. She noticed it was warm and at first got back up sniffing it all then hopped back on. Five minutes later she was relaxed and warm. No sign of her normal shiver. We can highly recommend this pad. I am really impressed with the quality and the speed of delivery. Any dog or cat would love this..

The media could not be loaded.  As the days are colder my dog loves laying down on the sofa with me on my electric blanket. I was however worried that he’d be cold at night in his bed.I got this heating pad thinking that my fur baby would be delighted with it, but sadly his initial response was not great. I’m not sure if was because it wasn’t soft and sounds a bit scratchy under foot so he has stayed away from it up until today over 2 weeks later! I had to put it at the end of the sofa and cover him with my blanket so he felt safe and guess what!! He hasn’t moved off it all night so that’s a result.The pad is great and has a really thick ( stainless steel coating) chew proof and longish cord if your worried about your animal having a go at it.My dog is a small Yorkie so size wise it’s perfect. I will be putting it in his donut tonight and am sure he won’t try and get on my bed tonight.I had my feet on it and it’s more than warm enough, but does not have a temperature control which I would have liked so it’s a constant set 96-110F and has a built in thermostat to prevent overheating and fire.The cover is removable and washable too.Best purchase I’ve made for my fur baby to this year and good value too.8% voucher for Prime membersI hope you found this review helpful
