Just what I was looking for.
I wanted a bowl that had a seemless lip so food wouldn't get trapped, a smooth inside with minimal ridges to make it easy to scrap out batter, and no silicon on the bottom that will deteriorate long before the stainless steel.Well this bowl fit that ticket. Although a bit expensive it is so well made it will be handed down after I'm gone. It'd take quite a blow before this will even dent. Worth every penny to me.

Overpriced
Good dimensions and I love the high walls, but the rims were awkward and uncomfortable for me to hold while mixing/whipping. Not to mention the crazy price! I mean--they're just mixing bowls. I tried them to see if there was something extra special about them, but ultimately returned these and went with a lower-priced brand I've never heard of, which came with 4 bowls plus lids for less than HALF what I paid for Rosle's 3 bowls without lids. I'm very happy with the second purchase which are a similar quality, believe it or not, and use them all the time.

Bowl Design
These are high quality bowls, the sides seem to be thick and well made. The only downside perhaps is the inside of the bowl is not smooth where the bottom and the side walls meet. There is an edge, so if you are using a mixer, it might be hard to get into that area. These will definitely last a lifetime.

Well made and nice looking Stainless Bowls
Great sturdy mixing bowls. Nice looking too. Not sure about the reviews that suggested these were made in China. Packaging was only in German and English, so assume they were made in Germany where the brand originates.

Lov this ish!
Rosle is my favorite kitchen tool manufacture. Great designs and well built except for the Chinese stuff. I'm not sure why they are making things in china now.

I absolutely love it it's deep enough for mixing pudding
I absolutely love it it's deep enough for mixing pudding , cake or cookie mixtures when using the electric mixer without some of the it getting thrown all over me.counter, wall and floor. I bought it for my box pudding because that was the last strawwhen I spend a good part of the time cleaning up the kitchen because of the tornado of a mess that my low and shallow mixing bowel was so when I saw the depth, knew that it would be a good mixing bowel for me and now that's the only bowel I use when baking or esp mixing pudding.

Solid and useful
Obviously you can get a bowl of this size in other materials for much less, but this is made to last and as long as you understand that the mirror finish interior will acquire some scratches and marks with use, this is a great product. Much lighter then a similar sized glass bowl and it allows for faster chilling of the contents when placed in the fridge.

Struggled with the price but love the results
Lets admit it, they are expensive, especially if you add the lids and I was really in two minds if to spend so much on a set of mixing bowls rather than a tiny fraction for the light weight budget version I've had before from unknown makers.I am glad I did... the weight is really useful when mixing and after a wide range of use already they still look as good as new.

Perfect little helper
I had high expectations, but those little bowls exceeded them. Such a heavy little item, packed full of German quality and best of all, no bended rim, which is brilliant as no water can hide and cause damage.I wish Rösle would do a 14cm version, as the 12cm is a bit on the small side and the 16cm is a little to large for say whisking a few eggs up

Sturdy and functional.
These bowls are a pure luxury as there are many options for much less money that can do a suitable job for mixing and serving. Sometimes aesthetics wins out and with these it does as there are no compromises outside of the cost. The steeper sides really help keep dry ingredients from flinging out during mixing when compared to my long in use glass bowls.

wonderful
nice, heavy and thick - matt finish is easier to deal with so you dont see scuffs and scratches. - buy it with the "fresh lids" and they are 101% buys
