Only has questions, not a true study guide.
This book isn't very thick and only has practice questions and no explanations to go with the answers. For the price I expected an actual study guide with it. I suggest mriquiz.com. You get far more content, study material and not only questions but you can take mock exams as well. And it costs almost the same as this retarded book.

wrong answers
I'm taking the MRI registry tomorrow & I've been studing several pieces of material. I believe there are wrong answers in this study guide. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Good quality book
Good quality book. Definitely helped me pass my registry on the first try. Overall, the questions cover all of the basics of MRI and helps you think about what type of information you will need for the registry. It shouldn't be the only guide you use but will definitely help reinforce the core principles MRI has to offer. Another great option to consider with the book is MRI in Practice.

Don't bother with any other study guide
This one is by far the best. Stay away from Lippincott's. The questions are too involved and leave you feeling defeated. This one actually reinforces the concepts. The very best text to accompany this book is MRI in practice. Get these two, and you'll be good to go. I made a 79 on my first attempt at the registry, and I am not the greatest test taker!

Do not use this for Canadian exams. Canadian exams are much more in depth than this.
Excellent book but not detailed enough for Canadian exams
