50% of the pages were missing
Terrible, the book is missing 50% of the pages even though it’s clearly “brand new” they just weren’t printed

Don't hesitate!
Please note that this edition is almost the same as the original edition from 1991, so no need to replace an old edition. There is a lot of basic qualntitative information here in a few pages and everything is very well explained, as one would expect from an Economist publication. Don't hesitate!

Not bad, but rudementory
Not a bad book but if you already know basic statistics and other mathematical fundamentals then there is not much new here. I was expecting perhaps a bit more back-of-envelope type tricks to help the reader analyze data on the go, or something a long those lines; the book does not really provide that. It's a quick read, and cheap so it might still be worth it if you just want to refresh some of the concepts.
