G Greenfilm Static Cling 5% Dark Window Tint for Residential and Automotive - DIY Non-Adhesive, UV Protection, Sun Blocking, Heat Control, Removable, Renter-Friendly Window Cling Film (24" x 120")

This is a great product and I am ordering enough to finish the other windows in my house. I will give a few lessons to make things easier and hopefully you won't have to experience the same lessons.- Use a spray bottle of water with just a few drops of soap to wet the window prior to install. I have seen others recommend solutions but this is just as good. I will say if you think the window is wet enough, it's not. Go ahead and spray some more. With enough solution on the glass, you can slide and position where this is impossible if it's too dry.- Cut the film a little on the large side. I added an 1/8" to each side to give a little leeway. You can go back and trim this after it's dry.- Let the window dry overnight, and then go back and trim and push fully into the cornets of the windows. When it's still wet, it won't adhere all the way into the corners. If you come back and check the next day it won't be a problem.All in all, it's highly recommended and I will definitely purchase again! I will say the installation kit is nice, but if you have the equipment to do it it's not mandatory. The small squeegee was very nice though!

My husband works the night shift and the black out curtains I bought doesn’t block enough of the light. So in a desperate attempt to stop him from hanging a blanket over my curtains, I bought this. At first I was worried it wouldn’t make enough of a difference. You can see from my pic it blocks some light, but it still seems bright. But we were very happy with the results when the curtains were on! I would recommend, it was easy to put up and definitely blocked the amount of light coming in. I’ve also attached a pic of the window from the outside so you can see the difference.

Had some problems with trimming the tint. Customer service was very prompt and helpful.

EDIT: The seller reached out to me on their own to offer a refund. I’m impressed they reached out. Gave 5 stars for good customer service.Worked for an acrylic window in a tractor. But it turned purple within 2 weeks compared to the other windows that are glass with traditional tint. And it’s starting to peel at the edges. It’ll work for now until I can get the glass replaced.

This tint is very blurry and has black lines running through it I would not recommend this for anyone not worth the money

Works decently I guess, but I’d recommend getting something a little better quality than this. I’ll be replacing it soon.

Easy to apply, incredibly dark but easy to see out of during the day. Of course at night if the inside lights are on it is easy to see in and hard to see out but if you use this to filter sun or reduce heat from the sun it is fantastic. On my basement windows so no light at night to worry about. The only trouble I had was trimming it to fit the window. The material is very thick and even using new razor blades I could not get an edge that didn't tear a little. From the outside you can't tell just a little from the inside.

The tint turned out great. Easy to apply had an issue with length and the company responded very quickly and replaced it for me now my house is tinted. It looks and feels great in here now. Great customer support experience. Thank you
