I purchased a custom watch for my boyfriend for our Anniversary. I found the sellers customization options and the online form confusing. I contacted the seller to clarify regarding my order, shipping time, and specifically how I wanted the watch engraved. The seller had a great response time and was able to ease my worries. This watch made such a meaningful and special gift. The paper box and cushion are nice enough to gift as is or wrapped. My boyfriend loves his watch and receives many compliments. He especially loves that the watch is so lightweight.My only complaint is in regards to the watchband. The band is unfinished leather. Over time (as others have mentioned) the band will stain the wearers wrist). I would prefer a finished leather band, however, for the price of the watch, the band can easily be replaced in the future.

I really like the face of this watch. It is very sharp looking. I would prefer a different band.

Bought this watch for my boyfriend's birthday. Delivered earlier than expected, looks great, exactly as described above. Most importantly the customer service that I received was over the top. I emailed them just to be sure about the font and they replied in less than 4 hours. also, they made sure we were on the same page by sending me samples via email. Now I want to stock up on watches for everybody's birthday from them. One thing tho, upon receiving the watch the box smells a little funny because of the wood used, but in a day or two it wears off so nothing to worry about. I love it.

I purchased this as a fathers day gift and it didn't disappoint! My father loved the wooden aspect and it was beautifully engraved.

What a great way to personalize a very special and meaningful gift. The engraving was nice and the watch face is sharp. My only complaint is the watch band. It feels and looks inexpensive. Hopefully my son can swap it out at some point otherwise those it's a great watch.
