The file works well on the toe nails or finger nails. My only wish is that it had the ability to file at the pointed end. I have some problems underneath a nail that needs to be smoothed, but I like it otherwise. I seems pretty sturdy, but the 4 stars are because I kind of feel like I need to go easy where the file meets the handle. It may not be so, but I'm careful at that point anyway. I had a question on how to use the cuticle cutter and got a fast answer from the manufacturer. I may not use it for that though anyway, but I now know that you have to be very careful, if you do use it. This is a nice light weight file and easy to use, carry or store.

At 74 years old I cannot believe I just found the solution to my dried and cracked cuticles. This is an amazing tool and to those that gave a low rating because it was ‘too sharp’?... please consider that it may have been operator error.Do you need to be careful and go slow? Absolutely, but once you get the hang of it, it is a breeze.

I purchased this as a replacement for one I had previously. I like that it has a cuticle trimmer and file on one instrument.

this nail file is worth every penny. The blades on the coticule cutter are very sharp so use carefully. It leaves my cuticles smooth and even. I love it.

Started with just trying it out because the price was decent. It turned into my favorite nail file! I was near tears when I lost my first 1 so I immediately brought this same file again! Highly recommend

This product is outstanding! Made in Germany. Most importantly..this is the ONLY cuticle trimmer that works as one would expect. Excellent performance..sharp..works beautifully. Forget ALL the rest! Am returning Revlon brand bought at same time as is an absolutely useless product..does not work at all..dull as a stone! Just bought another one of this Soligen brand item..it’s just that good! Highly recommend!
