Lovely mattress but it was slightly damaged in packaging
Lovely mattress but sadly damaged in packaging when unwrapping im not well enough to repackage to return so i have to keep it

Great product/ bad service.
The mattress it self it fantastic! After seeing it first hand after my sister had order one, I knew what king of quality I was getting. However I was warned about about the delivery service!! When I ordered mine i was told delivery would be 5 - 10 days - not a problem. When I checked my emails later on that day i found in fact it would be delivered the next day! - brilliant!! But unfortunately the time frame they had given me meant their wouldn't be any one to take delivery. After trying to contact them for the best part of nearly 7 hours!! Only by email via Amazon because their is no contact number! I managed to arrange someone to be at the house only for mattress NOT to be delivered. After seeing I had email them with my problem, they took it upon themselves to cancel the delivery without me knowing until late that night! Complete waste of time! When finally getting a response was told I'd have to wait until Monday to find out when they could rearrange delivery as they don't work the weekend. Nice! Which I had that luxury. When it was finally delivered, it was basically chucked in the hallway and was asked for a signature and the lad was gone. All in all about 30 seconds. The product it self is great! But the service and delivery is shocking! The company might want to give their customers an actual contact number, it might save a lot of time/money on both sides.

Definitely worth the buy
Had this mattress a couple months now, it’s so comfy just the right amount of memory foam on the springs so they don’t dig through and not too soft that it makes my sciatica hurt, can’t fault it yet.
