Poor packing so items damaged
I like Muk products, but this order was poorly packaged so one of the damaged. Thankfully this wasn’t a gift or it would have been returned

Pumps are useless
The media could not be loaded. Shampoo pump does not work, conditioner pump will not open and does not appear to fit on the bottle properly. I also sustained two cuts on my finger when unscrewing the top to view the pump.I have not used the product so cannot review that.
