The media could not be loaded.  This was a good phone look wise I was happy. But 3.5 headphone jack was faulty and mike was faulty. Later I saw the battery got swollen during charging and the phone back Panem opened. I called more than 20 times to get my product replaced but no one bothered to collect it finally they agreed to offer me advance payment. Now I am making this video using my new Vivo x 90 phone which is so amazing.

There is no back cover in the pack. Where one plus provide the back cover in the packBattery problem. It's taking too much time in charging

Excellent VFM.. Using for 10 months now... Came with original dash charger ... got extra cable and charger for office use... no issues so far.... Fingerprint blazing fast.... Camera no other word but AWESOME.... i've had many Iphone users in my friends compliment instantaneously the camera when they took my phone to take a photo.... even after filling nearly 95% space , no lag or stutter... Full charge with average use one day use.... heavy Onscreen time, GPS --- battery drains fast,,, but again because of dash charge recharge to about 40-50% in half hour and you're good to go for the rest of the day...Even after the advent of One Plus 7, 7 pro .... I see no need to think of an upgrade....

Amazon markets this as a refurbished phone which is available at a great discount........Please don't opt for it ,these are 5 to 6 year discontinued models and they don't mention this when you are buying it and once you buy it , they will not take it back.....Great monopoly in cheating.....Well done Amazon

Unboxed this phone 2 hours ago and I was finding everything good until I opened the camera and tried different options there. The camera and video options are working fine but as soon as you click on portrait option, the camera gets stuck on a black screen and closes automatically with an error message.Other than that, when we try to capture a slow motion video, the background gets extremely dull but that might be a bug from Oneplus itself.Since I purchased a refurbished phone, I also found the back cover to be extremely dirty and the screen guard was already applied with air bubbles which I found to be a con in these refurbished phones. Other than that, this phone was pretty much ok.Overall, a satisfactory purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Good with processor and speed but very dull with battery life ,switch off at 11% need 2 charge 2 times atleast a day with moderate use, not good didnt work for even 1 year ,motherboard problem is there , dont buy it
